Goals measure shows you how well your website or application fulfils your targeted objectives. A goal represents a completed activity, known as a conversion, that contributes to the success of your business. Examples of goals include making a purchase (for an eCommerce website), completing a game level (for a mobile gaming application), or submitting a contact information form (for a marketing or lead generation website) or submitting an enquiry form. There are the four types of Goals that we can set on Google Analytics:-
- Destination
- Duration
- Pages/Screens Per Session
- Event
