Dedicated Support
Dedicated support implies that you will be assigned a dedicated resource who will be available at all times to answer any emergency or support request you may have. You are given a set number of work hours based on your requirements, and any more hours are offered at a reduced fee. Dedicated support is available on a monthly or annual basis.
Priority-Based Support
Priority-based assistance means you’ll open a ticket for any work you require, and we’ll assign a resource to fulfil it on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority based support is available in 10-hour increments (10/20/50/100). The cost of priority-based support is calculated hourly.
